WEEK APRIL 20th

This week we have been working on the second practice that I mentioned last week. We’ve already updated the teacher on our progress, and these are the activities we have planned to address the development of emotion management. Our hypothesis is that by choosing different colors and tapping into their creativity during the first two tasks, students will be able to authentically color a shared project. For Activity 1, "Color your emotions," which runs from 9:30 to 10:30, the task requires students to choose a color that represents how they are feeling at that moment without knowing what the next step is. We will then give them one piece of a drawing that has been cut into five sections, and they will paint their specific piece using their chosen color; we are structuring it this way so that the drawing itself doesn't influence their color selection. Following this, from 11:00 to 12:00, we have Activity 2, "Sculpting the Internal Weather," where students will use...

WEEK APRIL 13th

This week, our sessions focused on the introduction of our next major assignment, an expansive project that connects our current this subject with the subject of Space and Time. This is one of the most significant works of the term, structured into three distinct parts that must be developed in groups.  The core of the project involves designing two artistic practices for primary school children who will visit us on April 28th. This phase requires us to act as researchers, using the activities to evaluate whether our designs achieve their intended creative results. To conclude the process, we will produce a comprehensive report detailing our research and findings. This final document, combined with our theoretical work, will be uploaded here. We also had the opportunity to hear the final peer exposition of the week.
